Plantains

I bought plantain bananas the other day because I wanted to try them. I looked online for recipes and most of them said to salt them, or put cayenne pepper and salt, and you could even use ketchup! Yikes, KETCHUP.......ON BANANAS?

I was looking for a "sweet" recipe and bananas with salt and ketchup just didn't sound good.

But after I deep fried them, they were kind of bland so I salted them and was surprised at how much they tasted like fried potatoes!

So up with the ketchup and bananas!
